The chef confectioners and chocolate makers vie with each other in talent, and their shop windows, in refinement and elegance, for the greatest joy of the eyes the palate.
You will taste the specialties of the visited shops, in particular 3 pastries, 5 chocolates and several sorts of bread.

2.Bread & Pastry Workshop with a baker
The 2 hour bakery visit and cooking class is very much “hands-on” and you’ll need to roll up your sleeves and plunge your arms into the flour to learn the technique for getting that crunchy golden crust with a soft warm centre.
You’ll have the privilege of watching, step by step, the traditional baguette making process. It’s all the little details that make the difference and as the baker has owned his own boulangerie for years and his father and grandfather before him were also bakers, there are plenty of family secrets which have been passed down from generation to generation to share with you.
You’ll also master the art of making and shaping croissants.
The baker will give his explanations and demonstration in French and our translator will be there to explain everything in English or Japanese. Duration: 2 hours
3. « Indulgent Paris » Tour in the Quartier latin.
You will walk as real Parisians through the medieval part of the Latin Quarter, a family neighborhood famous for the high quality and large choice of its food produce. Our tour brings us through a market, then in a cheese dairy, at several bakers’ and confectioner’s, and finally in a regional specialty shop. A walk rich in tastes and flavours, with a focus on family cuisine, with tasting stops, to introduce you to French “gourmandise”.
The visit includes a tasting of foie gras, wine, cheese and bread.
Guided tour in English from 9 am to noon.
Duration : 3 hours
4. Visit of Gérard Mulot’s workshop :macaroons and chocolates
Imagine spending one glorious hour in the company of two huge talents, the head pastry chef and the master chocolatier at Gérard Mulot, one of the most famous macaroon and chocolate shops in Paris.
We are delighted to offer this very special opportunity to step inside their kitchen workshops to learn the Gérard Mulot secrets for the most perfect macaroons that Paris has to offer and for chocolates to die for. Demand is so great that over 6,000 macaroons in 18 different flavours are created each day! You’ll have the chance to taste some of these flavours and to choose your favorites. You’ll be watching and listening to the experts describing and showing their meringue making techniques and you’ll learn how the chocolate is crafted into works of art, smelling and tasting that famous chocolate Ganache which enrobes the Gérard Mulot signature chocolates.Visits from 10am to 11am in English or Japanese. Duration: 1 hour

6. Discovery tour of local gastronomy in Montmartre
Montmartre village, so famous for its bohemian life and top-ranked artists such as Picasso and Renoir, has kept its soul beyond the legend. We walk off the beaten tracks through the small streets of that mythical neighborhood, to taste local produce with a traditional and artisan character. We start our climb of the hill with a pastry-shop specializing in fine tarts. On Lepic and Abbesses streets, we visit a fishmonger, a charcutier, a butcher, a baker and a greengrocer. We finish in front of Clos Montmartre winery, last trace of an agricultural past.
During the tour, you will taste charcutier specialties, bread, wine and pastries.
Visit in English or Japanese.
Duration : 3 hours.
